Roemaat in Europe and far beyond!
As of August 2010, Roemaat Logistics is located in Capelle a/d IJssel. From there, Dirk van Vliet and his colleagues arrange transports throughout Europe and far beyond. In addition to the common countries of the ‘old’ Europe, we almost have daily departures to Eastern Europe.
Svedex chooses Aloys Roemaat Transport!
Since June, virtually the entire logistics process and the transport of Svedex doors is being performed by Aloys Roemaat Transport. This means that 8 new colleagues will transfer to Roemaat from the Svedex distribution center. In addition, 5 new trucks, 10 trailers and 5 kooi aap trucks will be added to the fleet for this major customer. The contract of Svedex with their current transporter ended, and they issued a tender. The submission of Aloys Roemaat Transport eventually resulted in a long-term partnership with the renowned door manufacturer from Varsseveld.
In practice this means 6 to 8 trucks deployed daily to the Svedex distribution for loading and unloading on the construction sites. The Svedex warehousing shall remain stationed in Varsseveld. A major step in view of the future! A future we embrace with confidence. We are very content, lets move forward to our 50 year anniversary !
